The Catalyst Collective — Terms of Membership & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 15,2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in The Catalyst Collective ("the Membership"), operated by Catalyst Collective,("we," "us," "the Company"), you ("Member," "you") agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't enroll.
2. Membership & Billing
The Catalyst Collective is a month-to-month membership billed at $197/month for Founding Members, $247 general membership, processed via Stripe. Billing occurs automatically on the same date each month, starting on your enrollment date, until you cancel. Billing date may be adjusted with 10 business day notice.
There will be a late fee assessed of $50 on the 5th day after your due date.
There is no trial period. Your first payment is due at the time of enrollment.
Founding Members (first 10) receive a one-time private 1:1 strategy session as part of enrollment. This bonus is limited to the founding cohort and is not available to members who join afterward.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by [email protected], please input subject: Catalyst Collective Cancellation. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues through the end of your current paid billing period — you will not be charged again after that.
There are no partial-month refunds for the time remaining in a billing period you've already paid for.
5th-week office hours are built-in breaks (not a service gap) and do not affect your billing or entitle you to a credit.
4. Refund Policy
All monthly payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
5. No Guarantee of Results
The Catalyst Collective provides business training, coaching, and community support. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, income level, or business result. Your results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Nothing in this Membership should be understood as a promise of income or business success.
6. Community Conduct
Members agree to treat one another and Roshawnda Reed with respect in office hours, training, and any community space.
Information shared by other members about their businesses is considered confidential and should not be shared outside the community without their permission.
Members may not use the community to solicit other members for unrelated products or services without permission.
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for conduct that violates these terms, without refund of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, templates,recordings and content provided through the Membership are for your personal business use only. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared outside the Membership without written permission.
8. Changes to the Membership or These Terms
We may update pricing, features, or these terms for future billing periods. Material changes will be communicated to active members in advance. Continued membership after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyst Collective] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Membership. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the month the claim arose.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas,, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
